Project Support Administrator
About the Role:
This junior role is focused on providing administrative support to the project team, maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with client communications, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.
* Client Engagement & Administration: Assist with maintaining regular contact with clients, including responding to routine queries and supporting client communications via phone, email, and meetings.
* Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in gathering and organizing job information for the logistics team as soon as it becomes available.
* Pricing & TMP Support: Assist in tracking and monitoring tenders, enquiries, and quotations using internal systems.
* Resource & Logistics Support: Support the booking of crews and equipment as instructed by the Contract Manager.
This role requires previous experience in an administrative or support role, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
