Job Title: Tech Lead - Microsoft Stack (.NET) Salary: €90,000 - €100,000 Location: Remote-first Industry: Fintech / SaaS Overview: A fast-scaling fintech company is seeking a Tech Lead with deep Microsoft stack expertise to take ownership of a core product rebuild. This is a critical role in the business, offering the opportunity to shape technical direction, guide development best practices, and remain hands-on with architecture and high-level coding decisions.
