This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Oversee a fast-paced operations team, setting priorities, allocating work, and managing day-to-day performance along with motivating, coaching, and developing staff to build a high-performing, client-centric cultureEnsure accurate and timely processing of investor queries, requests, and ad-hoc tasks while driving consistent adherence to quality standards and departmental procedures.Serve as primary escalation point for clients and investors, resolving complex queries, issues, and complaints.Analyze operational trends, identify efficiency opportunities, implement process improvements, and ensure alignment with corporate policies.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.5-7 years of total work experience with at least 1 year of management experience preferred.Experience in transfer agency operations preferredBNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
