We’re partnering with Pinterest and are currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives across multiple European markets.
What’s the role about?
You’ll be leading a team responsible for engaging and onboarding agency partners onto Pinterest, helping them understand the platform and set up successful campaigns for their clients.
This is a mix of people leadership, strategy, and business growth — perfect for someone who enjoys building teams, developing partnerships, and driving real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of BDRs
Driving agency acquisition, activation, and revenue growth
Creating scalable onboarding and enablement programs
Improving processes and identifying growth opportunities
Hiring and retaining top talent
Working closely with agencies to ensure long-term success on Pinterest
What we’re looking for:
Experience leading sales or business development teams
Strong understanding of digital marketing / agency landscape
Track record of hitting targets and building high-performing teams
Great communication and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset and experience with CRM/reporting tools
Someone proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
