About the Sous Chef Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef, managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and team performance.
* Maintain high levels of quality, service, presentation, and cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
* Oversee all aspects of food preparation and service, ensuring timely delivery of dishes to customers.
* Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Senior Sous Chef, providing guidance and support as needed.
