* This role oversees project management for a significant AML technology project across EMEA, collaborating closely with Operations and Management teams to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with senior management to define project scope, track milestones, and allocate resources effectively.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project progress, identify resource needs, and take ownership of task completion.

* Support operational teams in strategic decision-making and assist in process improvement assessments.

* Coordinate with project stakeholders to proactively move agendas forward.
">
* Develop and implement departmental procedures.
">
* Minute and support governance meetings in accordance with internal guidelines.
">
* Maintain adherence to HR policies.

Requirements:
">
">
* A third-level qualification in Finance or related field is preferred.
">
* A professional qualification in project management or business analysis is advantageous.
">
* At least 7 years' experience in Fund Administration, business analysis/project management is desirable.
">
* Experience managing AML-related projects or initiatives is preferred.
">
* Familiarity with AML and Financial Crime regulations and various fund domiciles requirements is an advantage.
">
* Fluency in English Language (both verbal and written) is essential.
