Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Legal Specialist. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their legal expertise in the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with internal departments such as product development, marketing, compliance, risk, and finance to ensure that products are structured and launched efficiently.
* Draft fund legal documentations including prospectuses and management regulations pertaining to Luxembourg-domiciled funds.
* Negotiate key product documentation and agreements including IMA's, Administration and Depositary Bank Agreements etc;
