Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Line Leader / Supervisor for our client, who are a leading manufacturing company in the Med Device Arena based in the Kildarearea.
This is a Permanent Role.

Key duties & responsibilities:
* Lead by example to set high standards across safety, quality, and production performance.
* Engage and empower teams through inclusive, transparent, and collaborative leadership.
* Conduct regular 1:1s and daily floor presence to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
* Coach and mentor team members, encouraging a problem-solving mindset and team ownership.
* Act with urgency and flexibility to support customer demand and meet production targets.
* Implement and improve inventory controls, Kanban systems, and daily planning structures.
* Communicate effectively across all levels, promoting a positive, solutions-focused culture.
* Build strong relationships with internal departments, planning centres, and external suppliers.
* Demonstrate strong ownership in loss elimination and continuous cost improvement.
What are we looking for?
* 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role.
* Proven people leader with a track record in team development and performance management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
* Skilled in problem solving and process improvement within a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to driving results through team engagement.
* SAP knowledge or exposure desirable.
* Experience with Moulding technology would be a distinct advantage.
Desirable skills:
* Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Experience in Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
* Capability in coaching teams through technical issues and structured problem-solving.
