As a Transaction Service Manager, you will be pivotal in supporting clients through key financial due diligence transactions.You will lead transaction-related projects, manage teams, and collaborate closely with senior leadership and clients to deliver high-quality advisory services. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and high-profile deals, contributing directly to the success of the clients and the firm.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions• Perform detailed financial analysis, including financial statement reviews, working capital analysis, and identifying key risks and opportunities.• Oversee the preparation of deliverables, including financial reports, presentations, and client communications.• Manage and mentor team members, providing training, feedback, and guidance to support their development.• Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction process.• Keep up to date with market trends, deal activity, and regulatory changes that may impact transactions.What We're Looking For:• Relevant experience in Transaction Services, ideally within a Big 4 firm or a leading advisory firm.• Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial statements and assess transaction risks.
