Job Title: Senior Revenue Generation Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Revenue Generation Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in sales and marketing.



Job Description:

The Senior Revenue Generation Manager will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing department, driving revenue growth, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives. Key duties and responsibilities include:



* Developing and executing sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability
* Conducting daily sales activities, including lead generation, face-to-face meetings, contract negotiations, site inspections, and attending trade shows
* Tracking corporate accounts to assess production levels and identify areas for improvement
* Managing RFPs to ensure maximum participation from hotels
* Analyzing GDS production reports and intelligence information to enhance business channel strategies
* Focusing on driving meeting and conference business into the hotel
* Providing regular reports on account performance and general activities



Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:



* 2-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment
* A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones
* Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment
* Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
