Clinical Nursing Manager II
We are recruiting for a Clinical Nursing Manager II to lead our Day Ward on an 11-month fixed-term contract.
This pivotal role involves service planning, coordinating, and managing activity and resources within the clinical area. The successful candidate will coordinate and lead in the implementation and provision of quality care to patients/clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage patient care to ensure professional standards using evidence-based care-planning.
* Provide high-level professional and clinical leadership.
* Coordinate assessment, planning, delivery, and review of service user care by all staff in the designated area.
* Ensure safe, comprehensive nursing care to service users within guidelines laid out by NMBI.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have experience in change management.
Requirements:
* Registered in the General Division of the live Register of Nurses kept by NMBI.
* Completed a Management Course or commit to undertake same.
* A minimum of 5 years qualified with previous experience within an acute Surgical/Medical environment.
* Previous management experience is essential.
