This person will lead HR initiatives and build a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As Head of People, you will play a crucial role in shaping their organisational structure, driving talent acquisition strategies, and developing programs to support employee engagement and professional growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and retention
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to implement HR plans aligned with business goals
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Design compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a positive work environment
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and keep abreast of industry trends
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
