Role Overview
We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan and execute weddings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations.
* Create and manage wedding timelines, including design elements, vendor coordination, and logistics.
* Source and recommend trusted vendors (venues, florists, photographers, caterers, etc.).
* Coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of the event.
* Troubleshoot any issues on the wedding day to ensure a smooth experience.
