As a seasoned sales and marketing professional, this role is responsible for spearheading the revenue growth strategy across all channels within a hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue expansion
* Oversee all aspects of marketing including digital, print, social media and promotional activities
* Represent the business at tourism events and trade shows both domestically and internationally
* Analyze sales performance data and key metrics to inform business decisions
* Manage online booking platforms and room revenue systems
* Maintain high levels of computer literacy and organizational skills
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing management within a luxury hotel environment
* Relevant qualification in marketing or business an asset
