Fit-Out Site Manager (Commercial Interiors) — Ireland (Site-Based)We're looking on behalf of our client, for an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager (circa 10 years' experience) to lead the on-site delivery of fast-track commercial interiors projects (CAT A / CAT B / refurb).
You'll run day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades (including heavy M&E interfaces), and drive programme, quality, and safety through to a clean handover.
What you'll be doing Lead site delivery from set-up to handover on commercial fit-out projects Manage subcontractors, logistics, and sequencing to hit key milestones Own H&S on site: inductions, RAMS, permits, toolbox talks, audits, close-outs Drive quality: inspections, ITPs, snagging, sample approvals, finishing standards Coordinate with PM, design team, suppliers, and M&E for clash-free delivery Maintain site reporting: daily diary, progress updates, manpower, deliveries Support commissioning interface and close-out documentation input (O&Ms, handover)Absolute requirements (non-negotiable)~10 years' relevant experience managing commercial fit-out / interiors sites Proven delivery on fast-track programmes with multiple trades Safe Pass (in date) + Manual Handling (in date)Strong working knowledge of Irish site H&S implementation (RAMS/permits/inductions)Can read drawings/specs and coordinate details (partitions/ceilings/finishes/firestopping)Demonstrable M&E coordination experience in a fit-out environment Strong leadership, organisation, and reporting discipline Legal right to work in Ireland + typically a full driving licence Nice-to-haves SMSTS / IOSH (or equivalent), First Aid, MEWP/Working at Heights Experience in live environments / out-of-hours works High-end finishes / detailed joinery packages Procore / Autodesk Build / Aconex (or similar)Strong client-facing ability and commercial awareness (variations/productivity)Apply with CV and a short summary of fit-out projects delivered (value, programme, key challenges, outcomes).
