Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with physical/intellectual disabilities, autism, and other needs.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement person-centred plans.
* Contribute to the development of service users' skills and abilities to enhance their independence and well-being.
Requirements:
* Level 7 (BA Social Care Studies) or equivalent qualification required.
* 1 year's experience working with vulnerable adults/adults with intellectual disabilities required.
* Strong knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults necessary.
* Full clean manual driver's license and own car availability required.
* Understanding of current policy and developments in social care within disability services essential.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills required.
* Proficient IT skills necessary.
