Job Title: Operational Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operational Support Specialist to join our team. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our site and management team.
Responsibilities:
* Provide full administrative support for shift payroll process.
* Manage and update Kronos T&A (time cards) for Operations employees ensuring payroll accuracy.
* Complete weekly payroll files as determined by HR/Payroll requirements working to tight deadlines.
* Act as the Kronos point of contact on any queries related to hours worked, time cards etc.
* Partner with Operations Supervisors to confirm required details.
Other Activities:
* Handle correspondence, manage databases, schedule meetings, and maintain records.
* Digital factory systems administration, reporting.
* KPI reporting.
* Administer communications for plant teams.
* Support plant visits and tours.
* Support organizational health activities.
* Travel bookings and expense administration.
* Vendor set ups, SAP activities.
* Plant tour and visit prep including audit support as needed.
* Support site vitality team.
* Lockers and PPE – handling issues and onboarding.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years significant administration experience.
* Working with various systems (Kronos/Time & Attendance systems highly advantageous).
* Knowledge and understanding of basic payroll principles.
* Excellent experience in offline/excel trackers.
* Process Improvement mindset with proven experience.
* Working to tight timelines and deadlines every week.
* High-level PC literacy and knowledge of HR systems operation.
