Wexford Car Centre is currently hiring apprentice technicians to join our team.

About The Role
As a Motor Technician Apprentice, your role will include:
* Servicing and maintaining cars and light commercial vehicles
* Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
* Repairing, removing, and installing vehicle components
* Working to manufacturers specifications and industry best practices
Apprenticeship details
* Duration: Minimum of 4 years
* Certification: On successful completion of all 7 phases, you will be awarded a Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft Motor Technician
What Were Looking For
* A strong interest in motor technology and mechanics
* Ideally, successful completion of the Leaving Certificate
* Good results in subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Technical Drawing/Graphics, Metalwork or Technology are an advantage
* A good work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to work well in a team and take instruction
* A full driving licence is an advantage
* Applicants who have completed 12 driving lessons and are awaiting their test will also be considered
