About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Care Professional to join our team in providing exceptional quality person-centred care in a home-like environment. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or acquired brain injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services that promote social, religious, and recreational activities, while ensuring residents remain connected to their family and friends. This may involve working in residential, respite, or day service settings, supporting individuals with complex needs and promoting their independence.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a qualification at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with disability modules (or other relevant discipline). You should also have experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, CORU registration as a Social Care Worker, or be in the process of registration.
