Payroll Expert Role
The end-to-end management of Irish payroll processes is a key responsibility for this position.
* Maintain adherence to Irish payroll tax, pension, and union regulations as well as company policies.
* Reconcile payroll accounts and collaborate with the Finance department on payroll journals, reports, and audits.
* Manage variable pay elements such as benefits deductions, bonuses, commissions.
* Oversee year-end activities and statutory submissions.
This role requires:
* At least 5 years of experience in Payroll.
* A strong understanding of Irish payroll legislation, union agreements, and compliance requirements.
* Advanced Excel skills are necessary.
* Previous experience with Bright Pay and Sage Accounts 50 (or similar accounting software).
