Role Overview
The Head of Finance will lead all financial management functions, ensuring robust financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. The role exists to build a high-performing finance function that supports strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and organisational scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Governance
Lead all budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
Ensure full regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and strong risk management.
Enhance Board-level reporting to support strategic financial conversations.
Present financial insights to the Board, CEO, and senior leadership.
Lead capital raising initiatives with government agencies, pillar banks, and external investors.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Collaborate closely with Operations and Commercial teams to provide financial guidance and analysis.
Support feasibility assessments for R&D, regulatory projects, and capital investment proposals.
Contribute to M&A activities including due diligence, integration and investment planning.
Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, procedures, and internal controls.
