Front Desk Assistant
We are seeking a friendly, confident, and organized team member to join our dynamic and experienced front-of-house team.
* Greet clients and manage appointments using our tailored booking system.
* Answer phone calls and respond to client queries professionally and efficiently.
* Handle payments, process transactions, and manage end-of-day cash procedures.
* Manage stock levels and assist with deliveries, including light lifting.
* Maintain cleanliness and high standards throughout the practice.
* Support the wider team with general administrative duties.
* Build product knowledge to assist clients with queries.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced environment that requires exceptional communication and multitasking skills. The successful applicant will have:
* Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service environment.
* Strong IT skills – comfortable with navigating multiple systems and data entry.
* Experience with cash handling and confidence discussing payments with clients.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High standards of cleanliness and organization.
* Team-oriented and willing to support others as needed.
