Job Opportunity
The role requires creating compelling tender responses, completing PQQs and PowerPoint presentations to secure new contracts. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused submissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and Deliver Winning Proposals: Create persuasive and compliant bid documents, tailoring responses to meet client-specific requirements and highlighting the company's unique selling points.
* Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with the bidding team, subject matter experts, and other internal departments to gather relevant information and ensure cohesive and accurate submissions.
* Content Creation: Write, proofread, and edit bid responses, PQQs and PowerPoint presentations, to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with company branding.
* Bid Library Management: Develop and manage a database of standard responses, templates, and case studies to improve efficiency and consistency in future bids.
* Post-Submission Activities: Assist in reviewing client feedback to refine future bids and improve the overall success rate.
