Role Overview
As an Office Administrator, you'll play an important role in keeping things running efficiently for both our internal team and our clients.
You'll handle day-to-day admin tasks, assist with client communication, and help ensure everything is organised and up to date.
We're looking for someone who's confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with clients and suppliers — a friendly communicator who enjoys helping people.
Over time, there will also be opportunities to grow into sales and business development, for those who want to expand their skills and take on new challenges.
We'll provide full training, so you don't need years of experience — just a great attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily admin tasks such as scheduling, emails, and data entry.
Maintain organised client and company records.
Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members.
Support bookkeeping activities (invoice entry, receipts, and reconciliations).
Assist with payroll preparation and expense tracking.
Help prepare weekly reports and updates.
Take part in team meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
Contribute to improving systems and finding smarter ways to work.
Skills & Qualities
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Confident with computers and willing to learn new systems and software.
Proactive attitude — someone who likes to take initiative and get things done.
Friendly, reliable, and professional.
A desire to learn and grow in an office administration career.
