Job Description:
This position involves investigating and resolving reported issues, including account support and abusive content, via our ticketing system. Additionally, you will be responsible for enforcing community guidelines by addressing reports of abuse on the platform. You will also stay updated on clients' products and community standards, utilizing your regional insights to provide scalable solutions and support the online community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluency in Hausa (C1/C2) and English (C1)
* A valid Stamp 4, 1G, or EU passport
* In-depth cultural understanding and awareness of current affairs in the region
* Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
