A highly experienced Legal PA is required for a large Irish law firm. In this role, you will provide 1:1 support to the Chairman of the firm, who is also Head of a very busy department. This exciting role will suit a confident professional who is used to working in a very fast-paced environment, prioritising a busy workload and with excellent discretion and sensitivity to confidential information.
This is a fully onsite role.
There is potential to commence interviews before Christmas with a view to this person starting in mid-late January.
Duties in this role will include:
1. Providing executive level administrative support to the Chairman of the firm.
2. Managing an exceptionally busy diary and meeting schedule, coordinating with Partners across the firm and key clients across multiple time-zones.
3. Complex travel booking including detailed itineraries.
4. Document preparation – presentations and pitches, client reports, business development documentation.
5. Inbox management.
6. Monthly billing including invoice preparation – commercial billing experience is essential.
Suitable candidates for this position will have:
1. Experience supporting at C-Suite / Head of Department / Senior Partner level in either a Professional Services or Legal firm.
2. Excellent MS Office and document preparation skills including PowerPoint.
3. Experience in commercial billing.
4. Proven experience managing highly sensitive and confidential information.
