Role Overview
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Claims Advisor to manage salary protection, specified illness, and death claims in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to provide accurate information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle and process claims efficiently and effectively, adhering to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve claim-related issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
* Provide expert advice to customers on their claims, ensuring they understand the eligibility criteria, benefits, and premiums associated with their coverage.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
* QFA qualification (Life, Regulations, and Pensions) is desirable.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Additional Requirements:
This role is classified as a 'controlled function' under the Central Bank Reform Act 2010. The successful candidate must meet the required standards outlined by the Central Bank's Fitness and Probity regulations.
