You will be responsible for calculating market needs, managing optimal inventory levels, collaborating with Packaging Supply & procurement planner for secure coverage to the demand, coordinating goods replenishment with local supply chain for volume definition, and customer services for order creation, and time to deliver to marketKey Responsibilities:Analyse historical data and market trends to calculate optimal packaging & sales support material replenishment to each Market.Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels in every Market, and smooth business continuity.Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular analysis, propose and implement measures to reduce excess stock and minimize waste and obsolescence.Work closely with Supply procurement planner, to align inventory planning strategy with overall business objectives.Cooperate with local supply chain & internal stakeholder to identify trends, special events, key consumption period, for planning replenishment in line with the local needCoordinate local customer service and logistics, for order creations and timing of deliveryMonitor market stock level and rotation, to identify obsolescence and define related action plan.Drive process improvements and implement best practices in inventory management.What do we expect from you?University degree required, focus on Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.2-3 years of professional experience in planning ( inventory, or demand planning)Proficient in data analysis, strong math, and problem-solving skills with very good knowledge of Excel is required.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Experience of working in a SAP environment, Power BI would be an advantage.Attention to details, ensuring accuracy in aspects of planning from order placement to stock reconciliation.Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.Ability to take initiative and contribute creative ideas to enhance processes and outcomes.Fluent in English
