About Your New Job
* Service Calls
: Identify issues, carry out repairs, and recommend remedial work to installers.
* Customer Service
: Provide excellent solutions and technical advice to customers and installers.
* Ambassadorial Role
: Represent the business and brand professionally at all times.
* Collaboration
: Work closely with Quality Control and Design departments, providing product feedback.
* Training
: Conduct product training for industry professionals on installation and troubleshooting.
* Teamwork
: Collaborate with sales, technical sales, design, and quality control departments.
What Skills You Need
* Qualifications
: Qualified plumber with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
* Licenses
: Full clean driving license and Site Safe Pass (training provided).
* Communication
: Excellent communicator with the ability to work as part of a team.
* Initiative
: Good timekeeping and the ability to make informed decisions independently.
* Technical Skills
: Basic computer skills are beneficial but not compulsory.
* Certifications
: RGI qualified and/or F-Gas certified (desirable but not essential).
