NbxTalent are currently recruiting for an Electrical Site Supervisor to join a fast growing Facilities Mangement firm based in Dublin. This full-time permanent role would be ideally suited to an individual with an electrical trade background. The successful applicant will coordinate the daily operation of the site, manage the customer interface while participating in physical work by sharing their broad knowledge and specialist perspective.Duties & Responsibilites:Establish and maintain strong relationships with the client, supplier and other partnersLead, develop and retain staff while ensuring the delivery of an efficient & effective serviceDeliver the SLA in accordance with the agreed programme of qualitative checks & controlled measures while rectifying any identified deviations to ensure the maximum profitable growth of the business will be developed through an understanding of the client's needs, maximising the quality of the service delivered and championing exceptional customer care and serviceComply with all statutory, IMS, security and health & safety client policiesAnalyse budgetary information to assist in both monthly and annual budgetary forecastingSupport both customer and Company audits, ensuring that optimum results are achievedAssist in the establishment of systems for the purpose of monitoring and control over all critical service points with the objective of maximising customer satisfaction, minimising the number of customer complaints and any other potential adverse feedbackEnsure that records are maintained and updated as requiredOrganise and facilitate regular customer forums and meetings with all relevant stakeholdersInteract with all internal parties to monitor the consistent, effective and efficient delivery of both planned and reactive tasks and in doing so, support best practiceEnsure that a Continuous Improvement Process is an integral part of the service delivered as this increasingly adds value to both the business and our clientAct as a brand ambassador and lead the Company through its ongoing expansionAny other duties as deemed necessary for the efficiency of the businessRequirements:Trade qualification in an Electrical field Minimum of 5 years' extensive experience in a fast-paced construction environmentIn-depth knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and Construction industry essentialExcellent people management skills while delivering exceptional customer serviceProven health & safety awareness with a thorough understanding of quality systemsExperience with CAFM & BMS systems while possessing asset management knowledgeStrong understanding of financial and budgetary control (labour and subcontractors)Proficient in IT literacy with the ability to collate and generate detailed site reports
