Legal Secretary-4-day week


Role Overview

The role of a Legal Secretary is to provide administrative support to case managers and other staff members in a busy office environment.

* Reviewing medical records and consulting with healthcare professionals.
* Conducting client interviews to gather relevant medical information.
* Producing clear, accurate, and well-structured medico-legal reports.
* Liaising with case managers regarding case management clients.
* Providing administrative support to case managers and other staff members.
* Managing client records, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and case files.
* Maintaining a filing system, correspondence, documents, and personal files.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years+ experience gained in a busy office environment, good MS Office skills, strong typing speed/IT skills, a flexible approach, a friendly disposition, and the ability to work well as part of a team. They should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, be a good problem solver, and have excellent time management skills.
