Digital Solution Area Sales Specialist – Security & Spanish Speaking

Responsibilities
* Engage customers in conversations aligned to their industry, collaborating with account and partner teams to qualify new opportunities and build pipeline.
* Identify customer business and technology readiness, proactively map external stakeholders, and implement strategies to accelerate deal closing. Coach junior team members on deal‑plan execution.
* Drive new security opportunities by understanding key business contacts, partners, technology priorities, governance, and budget processes, and delivering a compelling value proposition.
* Apply role orchestration models and navigate the Microsoft organization to bring maximum customer impact.
* Collaborate with Global Partner Solutions to identify new partners, develop joint proposals, and contribute to partner strategies.
* Act as a subject‑matter expert in security, sharing best practices, competitor insights, and solution recommendations with business decision makers.
* Lead conversations and events within Microsoft, mentor peers, and develop best‑practice sharing strategies.
* Analyze competitor products and solutions internally with 'compete' SMEs, implementing strategic responses.
* Collaborate on account planning, forecasting, and business analysis to pursue high‑potential customers.
* Demonstrate a learning mentality and personal investment in the cybersecurity arena.
* Deliver results through teamwork and collaborate with other teams on related deliverables.
Qualifications
* Extensive technology‑related sales or account management experience.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience in the cybersecurity industry; familiarity with the Microsoft security portfolio is a plus.
* Demonstrated success selling complex, cloud‑based solutions to enterprise customers.
* Strong sales and negotiation capabilities.
* Experience selling complex, cloud‑based solutions to small and medium‑size enterprises.
* Self‑motivated with the ability to achieve goals in evolving processes and best practices.
* Ability to lead technical security conversations and deliver product or solution demonstrations.
* Sound understanding of the security market and comprehensive solutions.
* Background in managing channel sales.
* Background in solution sales or consulting services sales.
* Strong strategic thinking and execution abilities, with the capacity to develop and implement sales and business strategies while building strong customer relationships.
Language & Location Preferences
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred to support market engagement.
