Deli Manager/Supervisor - Full Time
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Manager/Supervisor to join our team at LONDIS Trim located on the Dublin Rd.
This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead our deli department and ensure the highest level of customer service and food quality.
The Role:
* Oversee daily operations of the deli department
* Manage and train deli staff to maintain excellent service standards
* Ensure food safety regulations and cleanliness standards are met
* Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
* Collaborate with the management team to drive sales and achieve targets
Job requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
* Previous experience in fresh food/deli department required
* Knowledge in food safety, hygiene and HACCP required
* Customer driven with great communication and interpersonal skills
* Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
* Professional & polite manner is essential
* Committed to continually improving department standards with an attention to detail
* Committed to delivering great customer experiences in a busy environment
* Enjoys working in a fast paced team environment and with a willingness to embrace new challenges
