Key Responsibilities
* Generate sales of health insurance policies by converting customer inquiries into quotations.
* Deal with customer complaints swiftly and professionally.
* Nurture customer quotations and convert these quotations into policies on inbound and outbound calls.
* Meet lead/renewal date capture targets for other departments by asking relevant questions.
Requirements

* Previous experience in sales roles.
