A leading Principal Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project, managing stie teams to achieve on time and budget completion.
This role will be site-based in Dublin for one of our long-standing clients looking to recruit people into their Ireland teams, this role is suitable for somebody looking to relocate to Ireland.
The client is a leading Irish contractor with offices in Dublin and Cork, operating nationwide across several sites in Ireland. The business was established in 1950 and is recognised as one of Irelands prominent construction companies. They pride themselves on a strong focus on quality, long term relationships, customer service and Health & safety.
This role comes with a further opportunity to work on projects across Europe.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Programming and Planning; maintain programmes against progress and track against baselines for accurate internal and client reporting.
• Execute the Design Management process, to ensure progress in line with programme requirements.
• Formation, maintenance and utilisation of project specific Quality Plans and Quality Process.
• Management of Health and Safety processes, ensuring compliance and robust safe systems of work.
• Contract Management and client relationship management.
• Developing close links and team ethos with Commercial staff to ensure integrated reporting and project financial control. xyswxtq

Requirements:
• Experience medium to large projects & Strong construction knowledge
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work
• Must have project management experience with a general contractor on similar types of projects
