Part-Time Marketing Executive – Social Media FocusLocation: Naas, Co. Based in our state-of-the-art showroom and workshop at the M7 Motor Park, Newhall, Naas. Due to continued expansion, we are now looking for a part-time Marketing Executive to join our growing team.This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for social media and digital marketing. You will be working closely with our experienced Marketing Manager, receiving full training and ongoing support to develop your skills and grow within the role.The RoleAs Marketing Executive, you will:Design and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)Produce creative content – including graphics, photography, walkaround videos, reels, and customer testimonial postsSupport wider marketing campaigns across email, sponsorships, events, radio, and printManage paid campaigns for lead generation on Facebook/InstagramAssist with automotive-specific promotions, such as:New model launches (Ford, Volvo, BYD, Used Cars)Registration plate change campaigns (e.g., "252 Offers")Aftersales campaigns (Service, Parts, Tyres)Contribute to classified listings (Carzone, DoneDeal), ensuring vehicles are presented with quality imagery and videoManage relationships with sponsorship partners, local community events, and brand ambassadorsContribute to website content and SEO projectsTrack and report on campaign performance (Google Analytics, AdWords, and social insights)Support CRM and live chat follow-ups to strengthen customer engagementCapture and post live content at dealership events (test drive days, sales events, open weeks)Ensure all marketing activities comply with GDPR requirementsWhat We're Looking ForA minimum of 1 year's marketing experience (preferably with social media responsibility)A creative individual with a genuine passion for social media, content creation, and digital storytellingInterest in the automotive industry or previous dealership marketing experience is an advantageStrong communication skills with the ability to work as part of a teamA self-starter with good organisational and time management skillsExperience with Canva/Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, and Google platforms is desirableA degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable but not essentialRole DetailsPart-Time Position – office-based at Finlay Motor Group, NaasWork closely with an experienced Marketing Manager with full training provided6-month probation periodSalary dependent on experienceOpportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience in a busy, expanding dealershipJob Types: Permanent, Part-timeBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionEmployee discountOn-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Newhall, Naas, CO.
