We seek an experienced Production Technician to join our team, bringing with you a strong background in manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibility will be operating across a 4-cycle shift to ensure seamless production.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluating machinery and identifying areas for improvement through problem-solving skills.
* Developing process improvements that positively impact efficiency and productivity.
* Implementing new methodologies and techniques to streamline workflows.
Requirements
* A minimum of Level 6 qualification or higher in Manufacturing/Engineering disciplines is preferred but extensive experience can count towards this requirement.
* Exposure to scientific injection moulding approaches is essential for the role, as well as excellent analytical skills.
