Operations and Planning Director
A strategic leader with a hands-on approach, overseeing end-to-end operations, supply chain activities, planning, logistics, vendor management, and continuous improvement.
* Lead and develop high-performing teams across Supply, Planning, and Order Management. Key responsibilities include strategy implementation, process optimization, and team leadership.
* Develop and execute operations and supply chain strategies for efficiency, scalability, and quality. This includes demand and supply planning using Anaplan and system integration with Microsoft Great Plains.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams for data-led forecasting and decision-making. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
* Manage supplier relationships, 3PL partners, and logistics operations across EMEA. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Lead process improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects for order management, invoicing, and reporting. Focus on delivering business value through process excellence.
