At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s growing team based near Blanchardstown. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization in the workwear industry.

Your new role includes:
* Managing and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
* Assisting in resolving customer complaints by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
* Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and improving service processes.
* Monitoring customer feedback and reporting trends to management for analysis and action.
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including maintaining documentation and updating databases.
Experience you need:
* A degree in business administration or related field is beneficial.
* Proven experience in customer service or administrative support roles in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong IT skills are a must.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience reaching/exceeding targets.
* Full clean driving licence.
