Responsibilities:
* Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you
* Develop a daily engineer route plan, optimising the contract's ability to provide customer service while effectively managing ongoing cost expectations
* Monitor operations to effectively react and communicate necessary adjustments to the daily operating plan, working with field teams to ensure all work is covered and allocated efficiently
* Develop ongoing analysis/reports, which will ensure operating goals and objectives are being achieved
* Manage the coordination of daily schedules and the overall daily routing plan. Identify and develop alternate plans, which will assure that volumes are being successfully managed
* Support general operational functions as needed
Requirements:
* Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
* Good geographical knowledge
* Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, delegate responsibility and make sound decisions
