Customer Service Support Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with hospitals, scan centers, and Clinical Benefit providers.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clinical third-party provider queries.
* Oversee the Back-Up physiotherapy network.
* Manage the Clinical Benefits team inbox and respond to member queries.
* Carry out service quality checks, including test calls on a routine basis.
* Assist with any compliance, legal, risk activities.
