Overview
As part of our recruiting team, you're charged with finding the most interesting candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit to all they do. You are creative and driven, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You are comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. In this role, you will be a key player in identifying and attracting top talent to Google Cloud across Western Europe, directly supporting the growth and success of the Cloud Customers business in BENELUX, Nordics and France.
Responsibilities
* Recruit and hire top Go-To-Market talent ensuring attainment of business hiring objectives.
* Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for everyone, from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, guiding the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing.
* Develop and own innovative sourcing strategies and drive a high level of quality through referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
* Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
* Negotiate complex and competitive offers to close top talent, leveraging and partnering with executive management to secure critical hires.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
* 5 years of experience in enterprise, Go-To-Market or sales recruiting.
* 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
* Experience hiring for sales or go-to-market roles for a tech, or in a similar industry.
Preferred qualifications:
* 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
* 6 years of experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience competing for talent.
* Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
* Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
* Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
* Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for proactively engaging and hiring exceptional candidates for a variety of Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, including Cloud Sales, Client Solutions and Technical Solutions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop targeted hiring strategies to deliver for the business.
