Qualifications
* Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality environments.
* Drive leisure sales strategies within the premium hospitality sector, with a focus on resort and luxury hotel environments.
* Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Identify and convert business opportunities into long-term partnerships using a proactive and strategic approach.
* Represent the brand with professionalism, adaptability, and a client-centric mindset in all interactions.
* Align sales initiatives with broader commercial goals to support overall business growth and success.
* Navigate hospitality operations in resort destinations such as Riviera Maya, with a solid understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory standards.
* Leverage CRM platforms and market intelligence tools to manage client portfolios, monitor performance, and optimize sales efforts.
* Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales and reporting systems to support daily operations and strategic planning.
