Manufacturing Team Lead
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet manufacturing schedules and produce the required volume and product mix.
* Support problem-solving for plant and equipment to achieve quality and production goals.
* Achieve productivity, quality, and cost objectives.
* Contribute to creating work instructions and operations procedures.
* Complete performance excellence assessments and development plans.
* Lead efforts to protect human health, safety, and the environment.
* Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies.

Education and Experience:
* Third-level qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, Business, or a trade certificate in Engineering.
* 4 years of experience in a similar environment preferred.
* Experience in strategic gross margin improvement projects.
* Team leadership experience.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
