Our Client
Our client is a leading insurer with a growing international footprint and a centre of excellence based in Dublin. As part of their continued growth they are now seeking an experienced Compliance Professional at Manager level to support their Head of Compliance.

Who should apply?
Ideal for experienced compliance professionals within insurance or reinsurance who are ready to step into a broader, more strategic role.

5+ years’ experience in second‑line compliance within insurance or reinsurance.
Strong knowledge of Solvency II, Insurance Distribution, Fitness & Probity, and GDPR.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage confidently with senior leadership.
Data‑driven, analytical, and proactive in seeking continuous improvement.

Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to the Head of Compliance, supporting oversight across the insurance operations and contributing to cross‑functional initiatives.

Compliance Monitoring – Enhance and execute a risk‑based compliance monitoring programme across the business.
Regulatory Guidance – Advise on new and existing regulations and assess their impact on strategic business initiatives.
Board & Regulator Reporting – Draft detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders including regulators and senior leadership.
Training Delivery – Provide engaging and effective compliance training on key topics including Financial Crime and Data Protection.
Policy Development – Develop and maintain robust compliance policies and procedures.
Regulatory Engagement – Lead preparation for inspections and liaise with regulatory bodies as needed.
Culture Building – Champion a strong compliance culture and mentor junior members of the team.
Innovation & Efficiency – Leverage data and technology to improve compliance oversight and streamline processes.
