Investment Funds Associate We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Funds Associate to join our team. About the Role: * This role involves advising clients on Irish investment fund structures and related regulatory matters. * You will work as part of a specialist funds team on the formation and structuring of Irish investment vehicles, including UCITS, ETFs and private fund structures spanning private equity, venture capital, real assets, infrastructure and credit strategies. * The role also includes advising on regulatory authorisations for UCITS management companies and alternative investment fund managers, as well as supporting clients with ongoing regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to their asset management activities.
