Our hotel is seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to oversee the Housekeeping operations and deliver exceptional Guest and Member experiences.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with responsibilities including effective stock and cost controls, well-managed schedules, and monitoring appearance, standards, and performance of the Housekeeping/Laundry Team.
The ideal candidate has previous experience as an Accommodation Manager or Assistant in a high-end, high-volume 4/5-star hotel, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
* Oversight of Housekeeping operations
* Effective stock and cost controls
* Rostering within departmental budgets
* Staff training and development
* Evaluating employee performance
* Maintaining team members' knowledge of room categories and amenities
A successful Accommodation Manager will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and inspire their team, and provide exceptional service to our Guests and Members.
