This role is ideal for a practical and organised individual who wants to make a lasting impact in a fast-paced industry and contribute to key growth projects in our Cork-based company.Core Responsibilities Of The RoleThere are two main aspects to this role:1. General Administration of the CompanyThis is the backbone of the role — keeping the wheels of the company turning smoothly and ensuring our systems are running optimally.Health and safety documentationCompany vehiclesStaff phonesSoftware subscriptionsCompany calendarInsuranceAccountsPayrollAviation records and IAA complianceHotels and accommodation bookingsStaff certification and training2. Assisting with Company GrowthThis side of the role is where you get to help steer the ship. This is not a drone-flying role. We are a small company, so we can be responsive to the needs of our staff as required.LocationWe are based in Cork, Ireland. We are particularly interested in candidates located in Cork City or West Cork. This role can also be hybrid, with the option to split your time between the office and working from home.TrainingWe place a lot of emphasis on training and upskilling here.
