If you have a strong background in operational management and are eager to contribute to the renewable energy sector, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Monitor and address real-time faults to optimize energy productionEnsure safe transfer of control under Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR)Track adverse weather conditions and issue necessary alertsGenerate detailed reports from complex data sets for internal and external stakeholdersAct as the primary emergency contact, coordinating appropriate responsesUpdate third-party energy trading systems in real-timeSupport health, safety, IT, and operational tasks as requiredEnsure smooth shift handovers and maintain detailed records of ongoing issuesComply with ISO 9001, 14001, and 50001 standardsWhat We're Looking For:Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain issues to technicians, managers, and clientsExcellent organizational skillsWillingness to work a rotating shift schedule (24/7 shift schedule)A keen interest in renewable energy or a related fieldStrong proficiency in English (written and verbal)Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCapability to stay focused for extended periods and perform under pressureElectrical or Mechanical background, with a UK Level 3 or Irish Level 5 college qualification.Experience with SCADA systems, data analysis tools, or energy management platforms.Experience with Office 365 is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryShift AllowanceIncome ProtectionCompany PensionPaid overtimeWhy Optinergy?
