Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver Churchfield's Learning & Development strategy across all departmentsPartner with senior leaders and managers to align training plans with business goalsIdentify skill gaps and opportunities for development through training needs analysis (TNA)Develop and deliver blended learning solutions (e.g. workshops, toolbox talks, e-learning, site coaching)Build scalable content using digital tools, video, AI, and LMS platforms (e.g. Moodle, Synthesia, LearnUpon)Create onboarding pathways, SOP training, safety modules, and early-career development tracksOversee all compliance-based training (e.g. Safe Pass, Manual Handling, SEAI standards)Maintain accurate training logs, records, and certification tracking in line with audit requirementsWork with the HRIS/ERP team to integrate L&D activity into QSmart or other systemsDevelop feedback loops, post-training surveys, and knowledge assessmentsUse metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and improve learning outcomesTrack learner engagement, completion rates, and performance impactAct as a learning partner to department leads, project managers, and supervisorsSupport a "learning culture" by celebrating development wins and spotlighting internal expertiseDrive engagement through mentoring, peer learning, lunch & learns, and internal talksSkills and Requirements4+ years in a Learning & Development, Training, or HR Development roleProven experience designing and delivering training (especially for operational or construction teams)Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levelsExperience with digital learning platforms and tools (e.g. LMS, authoring tools, video editing, AI tools)Familiarity with compliance training standards (SEAI, H&S, ISO, QQI, etc.)Organised, self-motivated, and excited by building systems from scratchBenefits PackageCompetitive salary: €50,000 – €60,000 depending on experienceOngoing professional development opportunitiesOn-site gymSocial and team-building eventsBike-to-work schemeCompany workwearLong Service AwardGreat Place to Work CertifiedJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Based in our Crossmolina OfficeCompany and Team CultureAt Churchfield Home Services, we are dedicated to providing sustainable energy solutions that help homeowners achieve energy efficiency while supporting Ireland's green energy goals.
